Alice Sovilla Fetterolf Wagner

Alice Sovilla (Fetterolf) Wagner was born on January 17, 1863 in Troxelville, Pennsylvania to Frederick and Susan (Carstetter) Fetterolf.. 

On January 8, 1885 Alice Sovilla Fetterolf married Daniel Riley Wagner, both of whom were born, raised and remained in the Mifflin County, Pennsylvania.  Alice and her husband were lifelong farmers by trade and continued this occupation until age became a hindrance.

Alice was the mother to eleven children, 8 boys and 3 girls, all of whom were living at the time of her death.  Also at the time of her death, Alice was grandmother to 26, great grandmother to 79 and great-great grandmother to 20.

At the age of 93 Alice passed away on November 7^th, 1956.  Alice was laid to rest next to her husband Daniel in Saint John’s Lutheran Cemetery, Belleville, Pennsylvania.
